About Me

Hello World, My name is Gihan who has been working in the tourism sector in Sri Lanka since 2015. Most of the time I worked in Colombo where my hometown is. 
I had worked in 2 hostels in Colombo and one of them was the best hostel in Colombo. So, I have a wide range of experience in Colombo as well as about the whole Sri Lanka. 

I'm obsessed with exploring Sri Lanka, meeting new people, and getting lost as much as possible. Also, I'm passionate about Cooking. I'm now starting a new chapter of my life working in Sigiriya as a Restaurant manager. 

I'm converting my experience and knowledge about Sri Lanka into this blog.I hope this site gives you some inspiration (and handy tips) to go and chase your own adventures in Sri Lanka. Travel is the best kind of education so go get lost, even if it’s just outside your own doorstep!
